There is a 1,603-page document entitled RULES COMMITTEE PRINT 113-59, TEXT OF HOUSE AMENDMENT TO THE SENATE, AMENDMENT TO H.R. 83 drafted December 9, 2014, that prohibits raids by the DEA on dispensaries in states that have legalized marijuana for recreational use.
