Official Letter Getters Rules

Sponsored by: Surveyours, LLC

3060 Mercer University Dr Ste 110 #323
Atlanta, GA 30341

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. THIS IS A CONTEST OF SKILL AND SPEED. WINNERS ARE DETERMINED BY HUMAN PERFORMANCE AND TECHNICAL SERVER PROCESSING TIMESTAMPS.

1. Promotion Period

The overall competition (the "Promotion") begins on October 1, 2026, at 12:00:00 AM EST and will continue on an ongoing, continuous basis until terminated by the Sponsor (the "Overall Promotion Period").

Within the Overall Promotion Period, individual Letter Getters games will be launched at irregular, random intervals at the Sponsor's sole discretion.

Each individual Letter Getters game constitutes a separate skill competition conducted during the Overall Promotion Period.

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older) at the time of entry.

Employees of Surveyours, LLC, its parent companies, affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate in any Letter Getters game.

Participation is subject to all requirements and conditions contained in these Official Rules.

3. How to Play and Win

When a Letter Getters game becomes active on surveyours.com, eligible participants must find the hidden or presented letters and use those letters to form the target word.

Letter Getters is a contest of skill and speed. Participants must rely upon their own human abilities to locate, identify, assemble, and submit the correct target word.

Winner Selection: Each individual Letter Getters game begins at the exact millisecond the puzzle is made live on the website and concludes at the exact millisecond the first eligible participant successfully submits the correct completed word.

The winner of an individual Letter Getters game is the first eligible participant whose valid submission of the correct completed word is recorded by the Sponsor's database server.

Sponsor's Official Clock: All official contest timestamps are recorded exclusively by the Sponsor's database server and measured to the millisecond. The Surveyours, LLC server is the official and final timekeeper for Letter Getters gameplay.

Reading Engagement and Gameplay Benefits: Surveyours recognizes and rewards meaningful engagement with the content available on its platform. A participant's engagement with Surveyours content may result in more favorable gameplay conditions during Letter Getters. Such conditions may affect the difficulty, availability, timing, or placement of letters encountered during gameplay.

The specific letter-placement algorithm, selection processes, scoring or evaluation methods, and randomization methods used to determine gameplay conditions are proprietary to Surveyours, LLC and are not disclosed.

Participation in Letter Getters does not require a participant to know, calculate, or maintain any numerical engagement score.

Reading engagement does not determine the winner of a Letter Getters game. Participants must still successfully complete the Letter Getters challenge, and the winner is determined by the first eligible participant to submit the correct completed word as recorded by the Sponsor's official server.

4. Tie-Breaker Clause

In the event that two (2) or more eligible entries record an identical completion millisecond timestamp on the Sponsor's server, the winner will be determined by the participant who initiated or loaded that specific Letter Getters game earliest on their user interface.

5. Technical Integrity & Anti-Bot Telemetry

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to audit and screen all entries for automated scripts, bots, AI assistance, or irregular human-interaction patterns.

If a submission exhibits completion speeds, letter-finding intervals, input coordinates, or puzzle-solving metrics that deviate from standard human capabilities, that Letter Getters game entry may be deemed void.

Surveyours, LLC may disqualify any user suspected of cheating or using unauthorized automation in its sole and absolute discretion.

Sponsor is under no legal obligation to disclose the specific technical metrics or logs used to determine a Letter Getters game disqualification.

6. Prize Conditions

The specific prize cash value for any given Letter Getters game, including, but not limited to, $10.00 USD or $25.00 USD, will be clearly displayed on the surveyours.com interface prior to or at the start of that specific contest.

Winning Frequency: There is no limit to the total number of Letter Getters games an eligible participant may win during the Overall Promotion Period, subject to all conditions contained in these Official Rules.

7. Prize Claim & Payout Terms

The first eligible participant whose valid submission is determined to be the winning submission will be notified by email, internal account message, or another official communication method designated by Surveyours, LLC, with instructions for completing the prize claim.

  • Claim Deadline: The potential winner must complete the claim process within seven (7) days after notification and provide a valid U.S. mobile telephone number or email address enrolled with Zelle.
  • Eligibility Verification: Before a prize is awarded, Surveyours, LLC may require reasonable information necessary to verify eligibility, prevent fraud, satisfy applicable legal requirements, and complete the prize payment.
  • Payment Information: Surveyours, LLC will not request a bank account number or routing number through the normal Zelle claim process. Winners are responsible for ensuring that the Zelle contact information they provide is accurate and able to receive the payment.
  • No Claim Fee: Surveyours, LLC will never require a winner to pay a fee, make a purchase, send money, or otherwise provide payment in order to claim or receive a prize.
  • Forfeiture: Failure to complete the claim process within the applicable claim period, failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, providing invalid payment information, or disqualification under these Official Rules may result in prize forfeiture. The Company may then determine an alternate winner using the next eligible valid submission recorded for the applicable challenge.

8. Tax Reporting, Privacy & Participant Anonymity

Prizes awarded to winners may constitute taxable income and may create federal, state, or local tax-reporting obligations.

For federal information-reporting purposes, prizes and awards of the type described in these Official Rules may be subject to Form 1099-MISC reporting when the applicable annual reporting threshold is reached. The federal reporting provisions are contained in 26 U.S.C. § 6041.

26 U.S.C. § 6041 — Information at Source

The applicable reporting threshold may be changed by law or adjusted for inflation. Surveyours may therefore apply the federal reporting threshold in effect for the applicable calendar year rather than a fixed dollar amount stated in these Official Rules.

Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes that may apply to prizes received. Surveyours, LLC will comply with applicable information-reporting requirements when required by law.

Annual Prize Monitoring: Surveyours may maintain a record of the total prizes awarded to each participant during the applicable calendar year solely for purposes of administering the Promotion, determining prize eligibility, and complying with applicable legal and tax requirements.

Advance Privacy Warning: When a participant's cumulative prizes for the current calendar year reach $1,950, Surveyours will provide an advance notice that the participant is approaching the applicable annual federal prize-reporting threshold.

The notice may state:

“You're approaching the annual prize-reporting threshold. Additional prize winnings may require tax-identification information.”

After this notice has been issued, Surveyours may limit the maximum prize that may be awarded to the participant so that the participant does not exceed the applicable annual prize-reporting threshold through a subsequent Letter Getters prize. Surveyours may apply a lower maximum prize when necessary to maintain an appropriate margin below the applicable reporting threshold.

Participant Anonymity: Surveyours is designed to allow participants to participate using a Surveyours player identity that is separate from their legal identity.

Surveyours places a high value on participant anonymity and does not wish to require participants to provide or permit Surveyours to retain sensitive tax-identification information, including Social Security numbers, taxpayer identification numbers, legal names, residential addresses, or similar information, merely to participate in Letter Getters.

Surveyours would rather stop awarding additional prizes and/or stop allowing further Letter Getters participation than compromise its commitment to participant anonymity by requiring or retaining sensitive tax-identification information.

Participation Hold: If a participant's cumulative prize winnings reach an applicable annual prize-reporting threshold or otherwise create a legal requirement for Surveyours to obtain sensitive tax-identification information in connection with additional prize payments, Surveyours may place that participant's Letter Getters participation on hold.

A participant who is actively participating in a Letter Getters game at the time the applicable threshold is reached will be permitted to complete that Letter Getters game. The participant will not be removed from or disqualified from that contest solely because the applicable threshold was reached during active gameplay.

Following completion of that game, the participant's Letter Getters participation will be placed on hold before the participant may enter another Letter Getters game.

The participation hold is intended to protect participant anonymity and to prevent Surveyours from becoming required to collect or retain sensitive tax-identification information as a condition of continued Letter Getters participation.

Surveyours will seek to preserve the separation between a participant's public Surveyours player identity and legal identity to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

However, anonymity cannot be guaranteed where the collection, retention, reporting, or disclosure of identifying information is required by applicable law, regulation, tax-reporting requirements, payment requirements, or lawful governmental process.

9. Public Winners Board

Following confirmation of a prize award, Surveyours may publish the winner's public Account Username, State/Region, challenge name or promotion, prize amount, and award date on the Surveyours Public Winners Board.

Example: SportsFan99 (GA) — Letter Getters: Health & Science — Won $25 — August 24, 2026

The Company will not publicly disclose a winner's private email address, telephone number used for payment, banking information, street address, legal full name, or other private claim information, except where disclosure is required by law.

10. General Conditions & Limitation of Liability

By participating in a Letter Getters game, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Surveyours, LLC, its website, and its technical administrators from any liability regarding network latency, server lag, hardware failures, or internet packet delivery delays that may affect a participant's submission speed.

The official language of this Promotion is English. Participants waive any rights to claim ambiguity based on language translations.

Participation is subject to these Official Rules and any additional instructions or conditions displayed on the surveyours.com website in connection with a particular Letter Getters game.

11. Sponsor's Right to Terminate or Modify

Surveyours, LLC reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to suspend, modify, or completely terminate the Promotion or any individual Letter Getters game at any time, for any reason, with or without prior notice, subject to applicable law.

If an individual Letter Getters game is suspended or terminated, Sponsor may, in its discretion and subject to applicable law, determine whether the game will be voided, restarted, or otherwise resolved.

12. Challenge Records & Winner Records

For each completed Letter Getters game, Surveyours, LLC will maintain an internal record of the applicable game, entry period, prize amount, valid submissions, winning submission, winning account, winning timestamp, claim status, and payment status.

The Public Winners Board may be populated automatically from confirmed winner records. Surveyours will not require manual entry of winner information merely to publish the public board.
