If you're a Christian, it may be a bit too late when you find out you've married a devil worshipper. Obviously, most cases may not be that extreme, but people may discover that they have irreconcilable differences before they even tie the knot. Interfaith marriages are marriages in which two people of different religions engage in matrimony. These relationships pose different challenges to people because of the way that they worship their God. It may be a struggle for a believer to be with an atheist because religion instills ethical guidelines within most people. With their different beliefs, people may not see eye to eye on how to raise their children. People have varying concepts that guide their behavior, but they are ultimately their core values. For instance, some Christians celebrate Christmas while Muslims do not. People consume different foods based on their religion as well. A person of the Hindu faith may not be willing to kiss someone that has just eaten a hamburger. Communication is usually key in any relationship. However, not sharing the same beliefs may be a huge obstacle to overcome. It is possible that some couples make these situations work successfully.
